It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information obtained through CTP Doctor and related operations.

This Policy applies to personal information collected through our website at ctp.doctor, online enquiry and booking forms (including forms processed via our customer relationship tools, such as HubSpot), electronic communications, phone enquiries, and related business activities.

It also applies to employees, contractors, and third parties who handle personal information on our behalf.

Personal information means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not.

• Healthcare professionals, allied health providers, and legal practitioners involved in your care or referral, where you have requested or consented to that coordination;
• Service providers who assist us to operate the website and business (for example hosting, IT support, form/CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and analytics), under contractual confidentiality and privacy obligations;
• Insurers, regulators, or authorities where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
